Pomarius Return Policy
All merchandise must be returned in the salable condition that it was purchased. Thank you for your understanding and supporting small businesses like us.
To receive a FULL refund, acceptable returns must be made with a Pomarius receipt within 7 days.
After 7 days, and up to 30 days, all returns with a Pomarius receipt will be refunded as store credit.
Labor (Delivery Fees, Installation, etc), and Gift Certificates are NOT refundable.
Plants damaged by conditions beyond our control such as improper or delayed planting, insufficient care, extreme weather, insects, disease, animals, mechanical injury, winter damage, etc are not refundable. In regard to plant matter, in the above specified time frames, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer to notify Pomarius at first signs of an issue and to document it so that Pomarius can offer adjusted care advice/solutions. By offering advice/solutions Pomarius is not acknowledging any original fault in product nor is voiding our return policy. Plants that have declined in appearance but are capable of recovering, that miss a flowering cycle, etc are not an acceptable return.
SALE Merchandise is FINAL Sale. It is not available to be returned nor for store credit. No other discount or promotional deal is applicable to SALE merchandise.
Any promotional discount extended is not applicable to any Special Order, Service: Design, Delivery, Potting Up, etc., nor to the purchase of any gift card/certificate. *Promotional discounts can not be combined with any other discount, including offered “On Sale” pricing.
*Designers please submit your Resale Application along with a business card and copy of your business license.
